Welcome to a hands-on clay plaster workshop at The Six Z House, an experimental straw house in Lund. The workshop will be led by Marwa Dabaieh in collaboration with Hållbart Byggande I Syd.
You will learn the fundamentals of clay as a material and get practical experience on application of clay plastering in a hands-on manner. Dress practical, you can expect to get dirty! You do not need to have any previous building experience. Fika is included but bring your own lunch.
The workshop will be held in English, maximum number of participants is ten.
Marwa Dabaieh is trained as an architect and a BioGeometry® practitioner. She is a Professor and Docent at Malmo University and her expertise is in sustainable and environmentally conscious architecture. For the last 20+ years she has worked in the field of zero emission and passive earth buildings, sustainable architectural conservation, climate responsive and climate neutral architectural design.
